Early professional life is uniquely fast-paced, and sometimes overwhelming. From dating and building relationships, to figuring out what you want from your life, to navigating the (home) office, to parenting… it’s a lot! You need time to invest in yourself instead of all of the distractions surrounding you, and therapy is a great way to do that.
My work focuses on supporting professionals, entrepreneurs and goal-oriented clients (athletes, performers, passion-project-ers) in their 20’s and 30’s to navigate these challenges. We’ll talk about the hard feelings like self-doubt and anxiety, but we’ll also explore where you want to be. The goal is to line you up with the life you want to be living.
I offer both psychotherapy and neurofeedback because I’ve found that it is the best combination to help clients to get on track faster.
